If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. The operating legal entity, country of registration, company ID, and registered office address will be published on the contact page and in this section before commercial launch; that published data binds the parties from the date of publication.
TrustVerifyID provides identity verification APIs and related services including KYC, KYB, AML screening, age verification, device intelligence, and compliance reporting. Services are provided as-is through our API, dashboard, and SDK.

By using the Service you act as a data controller and TrustVerifyID acts as your data processor. You must ensure you have an appropriate legal basis to process the personal data of your end users. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated by reference and available in the developer portal under Compliance.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for API services. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise plans receive an SLA with financial remedies; see your plan agreement for details.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is the exclusive property of TrustVerifyID. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during the term of your subscription. Verification results belong to you; we retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data for improving the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustVerifyID's total liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless required by law.
Unless a separate written agreement with the legal entity above provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the country where the operating legal entity is registered (to be published in Section 1 of these Terms before commercial launch), excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts at the seat of the operating legal entity.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email 30 days in advance of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
